Shipping Policy
All our products are safely and securely packed for your convenience. In the majority of our products, our labels are displayed, and identification labels and with most of our allergen foods, the ingredients will be displayed to ensure our customers are fully aware of the ingredients used in the products they purchase to eliminate any allergies.
When an item needs to be returned for whatever reason please ensure that the product is still in its original packaging, please. Failing to do so will result in our suppliers accepting the refund.
Return and Exchange Policy
Any item which is not of good quality after receipt of the item must be reported to Alex via WhatsApp on 066 342 5374 within 2 days after acceptance of the goods.
Management will then decide, based on your area of residence if the item will be exchanged or a refund will be processed.
Where possible all items which a client may not be satisfied with, need to be returned to Fresh Farm Deli for us to return the item to our suppliers in question.
No refund will be processed if the item is not returned or reported within 2 days after receipt of your order.
We guarantee all our products are fresh and of top quality.
